Scope: Complies with AVCP system 4 of Regulation 305/2011/EU (CPR).

Our Quality Control Process
Incoming Material Inspection: All raw materials (aluminum profiles, glass, hardware) are inspected before production.
In-Process Inspection: QC monitors production lines continuously, checking dimensions, welding strength, and surface treatment.
Finished Product Testing: Every finished door and window is tested for water tightness, air permeability, wind resistance, and opening/closing cycles.
Pre-Shipment Inspection: A final inspection is conducted before packaging to ensure no defects and correct labeling.
